Galaxy V clay model milling machine is widely used in automotive styling design and other industrial design fields, meeting the requirements of rapid prototyping of design models, five-axis linkage processing mode, higher operating speed, higher precision, and shortening the model production cycle.

The main machine adopts a welded frame structure with higher strength, rigidity and stability.

◆ Fully automatic double-swing angle milling head, A/B axis fully automatic stepless positioning, model processing can be performed in any direction (within the travel range).

◆ The spindle is equipped with a universal BT interface tool holder for the machining center to ensure high repeatability of tool installation, and the tool does not need to be aligned after disassembly and reinstallation.

◆ Fully automatic centralized oil supply system, regular and quantitative lubrication of the guide rails and transmission components to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

◆The main machine has an integrated control drive system and a mobile control console, which makes the wiring simple and highly reliable.

◆The fully enclosed dustproof structure meets the requirements of the processing site environment.
