Outstanding design creates outstanding performance

The Radian series laser tracker is designed using the UNIBODY design concept and standards of API. While minimizing Abbe error, the laser emitter, built-in motor, encoder, mirror group, electronic components, and other components are integrated in a scientific and reasonable manner at the center of the host.

Rapid preheating, fast and efficient

Due to the adoption of UNIBODY design concept and standards, the heat generated by the Radian laser tracker during preheating or severe environmental temperature changes can be quickly distributed throughout the entire body, ensuring a constant heat balance throughout the entire process, further shortening preheating time and improving measurement stability.

AOC laser tracker cooling system achieves thermal energy control and ensures measurement stability

The Radian series laser tracker, which adopts the UNIBODY design concept, has built-in components centrally placed in the center of the host in a reasonable manner, which can quickly and evenly distribute thermal energy in the instrument. With the support of the AOC laser tracker cooling system (Air Over Cooling), the host has better thermal stability and faster start-up time, further reducing instrument errors and improving overall measurement performance.

Truly achieve fully wireless connection and precise measurement

The integrated built-in power supply system means that the host does not need to be connected to an external power supply when working, thus avoiding the trouble of problems such as the location of the power interface and the length of the cable; and the use of the wireless data transmission system allows the tracker host to be seamlessly connected to a laptop computer, realizing rapid transmission and sharing of measurement data.

Autolock target ball automatically locks and activates, realizing automatic light interruption and light continuity, improving measurement efficiency

The application of the Autolock target ball automatic locking function provides the operator with an excellent artificial intelligence function operation experience. In the event of a temporary disconnection (light failure) between the target ball and the laser tracker due to operator error or workpiece obstruction, the Radian laser tracker will actively observe and calculate through the high-speed color camera and embedded processor located at the front, and quickly and automatically find the target ball to achieve automatic laser connection. This greatly improves the convenience of operation and ensures measurement efficiency.

Based on the Radian Core model, the Radian Plus model laser tracker can be adapted to handheld hidden point probes, scanning probes, and 6-dimensional (6DOF) probes, further expanding and enriching the functions of the laser tracker.

RADIAN PRO

Radian Pro laser tracker has dual laser outputs, IFM (interference laser, the standard for length measurement) and ADM (absolute laser, fast output, light break and continuous connection), with higher measurement accuracy and full realization of various extended functions of laser tracker。

RADIAN CORE

Radian Core laser tracker can emit absolute laser (ADM laser), and cooperate with standard target ball (SMR) to achieve precise measurement of the workpiece to be measured, with outstanding cost performance. 50m and 80m measurement radius models are available。

Handheld Laser Tracker Function Extension vProbe

The vProbe handheld hidden point intelligent probe and the iScan handheld scanning intelligent probe can be adapted to the Radian Plus and Radian Pro laser trackers, further expanding the application functions of the laser trackers.

Laser Tracker Active Target

The laser tracker's active targets AT (Active Target) and STS (Smart Track Sensor) can actively reverse track the laser beam emitted by the laser tracker, and always keep facing and locking the laser beam without causing light interruption. They play an auxiliary role in the automatic dynamic and static continuous measurement using the laser tracker. Among them, AT can realize 3D (3DOF) free measurement of each position to be measured within the measurement range, while STS can further realize 6-degree-of-freedom (6DOF) measurement including X, Y, Z, yaw angle, pitch angle, and roll angle. It is very suitable for the detection, evaluation and calibration of industrial robots and the spatial error compensation of large machine tools.
