Compact design, outstanding performance

ADM Absolute Laser – iLT/ iLTx laser trackers use high-precision ADM lasers with a sampling rate of 1kHz.
8-megapixel iVision Smart Camera – iLT/ iLTx laser trackers integrate an 8-megapixel smart camera that can accurately select targets, automatically search and lock on target balls, and provide real-time and accurate control of the measurement site.
Size & Weight – iLT/ iLTx laser trackers are smaller in size and lighter in weight, only about 50% of conventional laser trackers. In addition to traditional measurement methods, they can also be easily applied to integrated and automated measurement fields.
Dual level design – The dual level design can be adapted to dynamic data collection accessories to further expand dynamic data collection capabilities.
Ultimate portability – The weight of the whole machine is less than 5kg, and the appearance is compact and light, which can be easily put into the random luggage.

Function expansion accessories

The iLT laser tracker is compatible with the Radian series laser tracker accessories such as the vProbe handheld hidden point probe and the iScan3D handheld scanning probe. In addition, based on the characteristic properties of iLT, API has also independently developed the iProbe probe for the iLT laser tracker.

iProbe

iProbe is a handheld probe with an integrated probe. It can be used with the iLT laser tracker to accurately measure deep holes, hidden points and other locations that are difficult for the target ball to directly touch. It adopts ergonomic design, which is easy for the operator to control and can easily achieve high-precision measurement of hidden points in all directions. The iProbe probe has the characteristics of good accuracy, easy operation and high cost performance.

Extremely portable, unlimited development

The compact iLT series laser tracker can be put into a backpack-sized portable box, easily placed on the overhead luggage rack of an airplane or high-speed rail, and carried to the measurement site. The iLT and Radian series laser trackers also have excellent measurement accuracy and a large measurement range, and can be widely used in 3D/6D measurement and detection links in various fields such as R&D, production, assembly, application, testing, and maintenance in advanced manufacturing and scientific research industries such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, wind power and nuclear energy, heavy machinery, machine tool manufacturing, vocational schools, and scientific research institutes.
