API 9D LiDAR uses optical frequency domain interferometry (OFCI – Optical Frequency Chirping Interferometry) technology, which can be used in a variety of environments and complex working conditions such as workshops, laboratories, and the field to achieve non-contact and precise measurement of workpieces or targets. It has extremely high measurement accuracy and extraordinary measurement efficiency, and can quickly capture workpiece size and surface geometry data.

The function is much better than conventional lidar

The sensitivity of the 9D LiDAR based on OFCI technology is more than 100 times higher than that of conventional LiDAR, so it can provide higher measurement accuracy and better measurement efficiency than conventional LiDAR. The 9D LiDAR provides micron-level measurement accuracy, 20kHz data acquisition rate, and is not easily affected by the external environment during measurement, effectively avoiding the problems of conventional LiDAR being greatly affected by material reflectivity, limited incident angle range, and susceptible to environmental noise.

Compact design, flexible application

The 9D laser radar is compact, small and light in design, with a main unit weight of only 10.4 kg. It can be easily loaded on a robot, guide rail, or gantry coordinate measuring machine for automatic measurement.
